A full redesign and custom build for a 50-year, AS9100-certified precision machining firm a modern industrial site that reflects aerospace-grade quality, engineered for SEO and accessibility to reach OEM buyers.
Delta Machine & Tool is a precision CNC machining and assembly manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial OEMs. AS9100-certified, in business since 1975, and holding tolerances to ±0.0002″, they’re a Tier-1 supply-chain partner but their website didn’t carry that same weight. They came to Mediamato for a complete redesign.
I rebuilt the site from the ground up on a custom WordPress theme with a clean, modern industrial design that finally matched the caliber of the work and engineered it for search and accessibility so it reaches the procurement teams and engineers who make sourcing decisions.
The challenge
B2B manufacturing is a different world from consumer sites. The audience is procurement managers and engineers evaluating a supplier for high-stakes aerospace and defense work they need to see certifications, capabilities, and tolerances, and they need to trust the company instantly. A 50-year firm with AS9100 certification and aerospace OEM recognition can’t be represented by a dated, generic site. The redesign had to project institutional credibility and zero-compromise quality, while making Delta’s real capabilities easy to find and understand.
What I built
A complete redesign on a custom theme. A clean, modern industrial aesthetic deep navy, precision photography of the CNC floor, and a clear capabilities-first hierarchy — built to purpose so it loads fast and communicates authority the moment a buyer lands.
Capabilities-forward structure. The site leads with what matters to a technical buyer: AS9100 Rev D certification, multi-axis machining, tolerance capabilities, and the industries served organized so a procurement team can qualify Delta as a supplier without friction.
Technical SEO for a national B2B audience. Clean, crawlable, structured markup so Delta surfaces for the specialized searches OEM sourcing teams actually run precision machining, AS9100 suppliers, and their specific capability terms.
Accessibility built in. Developed to WCAG standards throughout, because a professional, credible site works for everyone and accessibility is part of the quality standard Mediamato holds on every build.
